We deliver mainly in Switzerland. All Nelsie Cosmetics parcels are sent by Swiss Post. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except on Swiss federal holidays.

Returns
We want you toi be happy. If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Only items that are unused, in their original packaging and in the condition in which you received them can be returned.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, it can also be returned within 14 days. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For the return to be accepted, please enclose the order number, a photo of all products received and a photo of the shipping note.
In order to ensure that your return goes smoothly, you can contact us using the contact form, indicating your order number, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Some types of goods cannot be returned such as:
- Gift cards
- Products to download
- Some intimate hygiene products
Refunds
Orders that are accepted for return will be refunded. Refunds are only applied to items purchased at the normal price, sale items are not refunded. Delivery charges are only refunded for incorrect or damaged orders.
If your request is successful, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain time frame.
Delay in refund
If you haven’t received (after 3 weeks) a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
